Leah Jurek is a licensed massage practitioner working in Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood. In her private practice she utilizes deep tissue sports massage and client education to help runners, cyclists, triathletes, and other active individuals enjoy their body's performance potential. Leah believes most everyone has the capabilities to enjoy a healthy, active and pain-free body, if it is nurtured and cared for consistently. Massage can be a beneficial part of everyone's self-care regimen.
Leah's massage treatments are approximately 75 minutes in length, allowing for variation in each session based on each individual's needs. She has a detailed, structural and goal-oriented style. Specific attention to detail makes her work unique. She has been assisting with the healing of injuries and structural alignment problems due to overuse or improper use since 2001.
